Some of our main programs include Office, Retail, and Raw Land Developments. Our loan programs in Atlanta, GA, are designed to be efficient and hassle free.
We offer three commercial loan programs for commercial real estate private equity. Level 1 enables you to purchase apartments only with an interest rate of 5.5% on a minimum of 1 million dollars. Level 2 allows you to purchase any commercial property with an interest rate of 8.12% with a minimum of 1 million dollars. Our level 3 program lets you purchase any type of commercial property with a rate of 9.5% and above for 12-to-24 month-long terms.
